Some workshops in Russia are already mastering deep tuning of second-hand BMWs with use of brand spare parts to the engine. And if the suspension of E34 ideologically does not differ much from the second generation of the "fifth series", Е28, that means that the widely spread in Russia Е28's are possible to be improved by spare parts for the 34th hull. As to BMW disks, it is necessary to remember, that sports versions of cars have brake mechanisms that are larger than on those that are not included in this category. Hence, the disks should be of a larger assembly diameter, otherwise the brake will obstacle free rim rotation. For example, a 15 or 16 inch disk for the 3rd BMW model will not be enough for the sports version BMW М3, for which 17-inch disks will be better.
The width of rims of automobile disks usually suits into the framework of the following line: 3,5; 4,0; 4,5; 5,0; 5,5; 6,0; 6,5 and 7,0 inches though tuned, sports and off-road cars can use even wider disks, up to 13,5 inches.
